Environments
Each environment is a Vault AI workspace for a customer, with its own Super Admins and settings: how many Orgs and users it may have, its monthly AI allowances, the models it may use and the features it has.
Environment
Settings
What this environment may use. Its Super Admins see these limits in Setup and can’t go past them; nothing already there is removed.
In the environment
Super Admins
The environment invites each one it doesn’t have yet, as a Super Admin. Removing someone here doesn’t remove them there; its Super Admins manage its people.
Details
Remove this requested environment? Nothing was provisioned for it.
Enterprise Admins
The people who can use this console. Each signs in with a password and an authenticator app.
Trial settings
Registrations
People who registered for a trial on the registration page, after confirming their email with a code. Approving one adds a small environment for them with a trial’s settings, which waits to be provisioned like any new environment; once it is, they’re invited to it. Declining answers it without telling them.
Registering isn’t open yet: the console’s AWS stack doesn’t have its registrations user pool. It opens once the owner’s AWS step adds it.
Backups
Each environment backs up every day at about 04:00 UTC and copies the backup to the backup store in the owner’s AWS account, outside the environment, where each copy is kept 35 days. The console exports its own data there every day too. Enterprise Admins can delete older copies here, with Older copies…; the 3 newest of each, and any from the last 7 days, are always kept. To recover an environment or the console, Codex runs the recovery steps from the owner’s PC.
Activity
What Enterprise Admins did in the console, newest first: the last 100 changes.
